These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lumeric.org and all associated programs, courses, and services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Lumeric Professional Development Training L.L.C, a Single-Owner Limited Liability Company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (License No. 1610158, Department of Economy and Tourism) (“Lumeric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Lumeric provides financial, trading, and business education for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this website or within any course, program, or communication constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, or financial instrument. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in individual programs. Programs designed for minors (e.g., Future Ready™) are delivered through school partnerships with appropriate parental/guardian consent and institutional oversight.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content, videos, or materials without written permission.

Fees for programs are as stated at the time of purchase, inclusive of UAE VAT (5%) where applicable. Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

All content, trademarks (including the F.I.R.S.T. Framework™, Future Ready™, Market Ready™, and Bright Futures™), course materials, and platform design are the property of Lumeric and protected by applicable UAE and international intellectual property law.

You agree not to: misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data, share account access, or use Lumeric’s Services for unlawful purposes.

Lumeric does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, trading performance, exam result (including SIE/Series 7), or career outcome from participation in any program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumeric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including trading losses incurred using knowledge gained from our programs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the onshore Dubai Courts, except where mandatory local consumer protection law (e.g., EU, US state law) requires otherwise for users in those jurisdictions.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
