Refund Policy

1. Individual Programs (Self-Paced Courses)
- Full refund available within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of course content has been accessed.
- No refunds after 7 days or after 20% course completion, whichever comes first.
- Refund requests: info@lumeric.org with order confirmation details.
2. Institutional & Organizational Programs
Refund and cancellation terms for custom institutional, school partnership, and organizational programs are governed by the individual service agreement/proposal signed at engagement, not this general policy.
3. Live Events & Workshops
Live Events & Workshop are non-refundable; credit toward a future event may be offered at Lumeric’s discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Downloadable resources, templates, and digital guides once accessed/downloaded
- Consultation bookings (no charge; not applicable)
- Any program explicitly marked “final sale” at checkout
5. VAT
All displayed prices are inclusive of 5% UAE VAT where applicable. Refunds, where approved, include any VAT paid on the refunded amount, consistent with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
7. Exceptions
Refund requests outside this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at Lumeric’s sole discretion.
